Face Everything and Rise (F.E.A.R.)

Hi precious mamas. Today I'm sharing from a private Facebook group post. I recently started this group for coaching in Intentional Growth and Wellness. Fear is described in the online dictionary as "an unpleasant emotion caused by the BELIEF (my emphasis) that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat." It is followed by an example that mentions "irrational" fear. Our fears are often irrational. Our fears are often not logical or reasonable, but are the result of a lack of clear thinking. Unfounded. Growth and Grace (Part 1)

Hello, precious mamas! Yes, it's been a while. Much has changed since I last wrote to you. The pandemic continued throwing a wrench in the gears of our lives; I've lost a beloved aunt and mamaw; our youngest graduated, moved out, and got engaged; and I became more involved in ministry. We've been wedding planning, coaching/parenting our young adult children, working, grieving, and so much more. However, you have been on my heart throughout the process, and I am learning the skills I need to be better on the tech side of things.
